Sorry to read your worries. With your weightloss, you now see skin excess most likely most in your belly area. Taking that away would also pull your pubic area up, which is probably the best option.

You are right that it is best to wait with such a procedure till you reached your goal weight.

In the mean time you could consider some volume reduction with either liposculpture or Coolsculpting.

Earfold differs from other procedures in the sense that it is easy, fast and requires hardly any downtime and no bandages. Those are all good points.

On the down side: not all ears are suited for the procedure, especially deep conceal bowls and firm cartilage work less well. Absent antithetical fold with malleable cartilage is the best candidate. The nice thing is that  you can preview the results with the prefold, since the result will be very close to that.

So i hope that since you posted this you are happy with the result, if not, they can easily be removed and all other otoplasty options are still available to you.

Showering keeps the operated area clean and reduces the chance of infection.
So it is good advice.
Your steri strips might come off, but that is not a problem if you disinfectafter showering and place a sterile gauze in you bra on the wound.

To me it looks like you have a light ptosis of your left eye. This means that the muscle you use for opening your eye is not well attached any more to the cartilage of your upper eyelid. This can occur after wearing hard contact lenses but can appear spontaneous as well. It looks like you are compensating by lifting your eyebrow on the left side. Do you see less in the dark? Hate driving at night? tired feeling at the end of the day? These are all signs of ptosis, now off course you don't have that problem on the right side so you can compensate that.

The other option is that you were born with a slight ptosis, of which you were not aware since you have it all your life and now something pushes your right eye forward making this eye appear a bit bulging. Since you have no complaints other then the difference you see this seems less likely to me.

In any case contact a plastic surgeon or oculoplastic surgeon in your neighborhood to evaluate you and do some tests, good luck,

How did you make the photo? Chin down? Neutral? or chin up?
The balance of the amount of skin changes according to position and makes it difficult to judge your situation, How old are you? 19? do you use botox? did you have prior treatments?

If you look at an eye you want the pupil to be centered as in the photo below, in your photo we see white below your iris and your upper lid covers a lot of iris. Ideally you want less coverage above and more below, so that is what you need, but chin down looking up creates this as well.....

So show us more of your face so that we can judge better, or even better visit a plastic surgeon near you...
