Hi! Im looking into getting a breast lift without implants as im happy with my size, i just want them more lifted up. Don’t mind if they get a bit smaller:) But i dont want the lollipop/anchor incision cause of scarring.. is the donut incision possible for me? Should i also get some fat grafting for lost volume on the top part?

A lift is generally recommended when the nipple is below the breast fold when the arms are relaxed at your sides. Using this guideline you do not need a lift. However if you are wanting to improve shape you could consider an implant exchange with a lift for improved contour.
A reduction in implant size to 350cc would look nice with your frame. You will likely need to consider a lift with the implant exchange to get optimal shape. The combination would give you a good result though.
Nipple and breast tissue sagging are among the most common complications following breast lift surgery. In your case, there appears to be a Grade 1 ptosis, along with insufficient upper pole and cleavage fullness.
