I had an uplift and implants under the muscle 350cc & 400cc almost a year ago. The asymmetry of my nipples aren't of a concern as you can see before they have always been different and I knew they wouldn’t be the exact same after surgery . They are a huge improvement but I feel like I’m still left with no upper pole fullness I still have a gap between my bra and my tops as I did pre surgery. What could be done to correct this? Would bigger implants work?
