I’ve had these implants for 10 years now. I had a lift done 6 months ago. But now that the skin is all tight you can see the shape of the implant better. It looks like the implant is squeezed? And there’s no side boob. Is this capsular contracture? My implants are infront of the muscle.

Answer: Implants Just based on your photos, you probably do have a capsular contracture. Long term, you would do better with the implants placed behind the muscle for support and upper breast fullness. Go talk to your surgeon.

Answer: Best Treatment for You Hello, The position of the implants is related to the boundaries of the pocket created for the implant. If a similar pocket is created on both sides, the result will also be similar. If the implant is large for the pocket created, its edges will be prominent and tight. Ultrasound can be used to determine whether there is capsular contracture in the capsule.
