It is obvious that I have some necrosis. What path will this take as it heals of does not heal? Ive been told it will "slough" what does this mean and what us the process of it like? Also you can see on one of the bottom stitches I have some strange clear/yellow/bloody continues leakage. It does not look open, hard to even see where it comes from. It does not smell. What is this and can it infect my other stitches? Will this necrosis affect the surrounding skin making it necrotic as well?

This Is perfectly normal and will disappear in the next few weeks. It is from air and fluid (irrigation, local anesthetic, serum, etc) in the pocket which will be naturally absorbed over time.
