There is hope! the soonest you can operate is 6 months out of your original surgery, but it may be best to wait a full year.

Thank you for the excellent question. I'm sorry to learn that you're unhappy. The short answer is yes, the things that make you unhappy about your nose can most likely be fixed by a skilled surgeon. However, I generally don't recommend revisions until a least 1 year after surgery. At three months, you're still swollen. Your nose will continue to change over the next 9-12 months. I know it's tough right now, but give it some time. Corrections can always be made in the future.
