Disastrous alar base reduction. Can it be fixed? (Photo)

I had rhinoplasty + alar base reduction + slight hump correction about 3 months ago. Super unhappy with the results so far. My nostrils look like slits that don't even show from the side or front now since surgeon also increased nose length. I also think the rhinoplasty was too dramatic and nose is too small. Breathing in right nostril is still very poor and my upper lip is dropped and stretched. My whole face looks so weird. Is there anyway to fix the tiny slit nostrils? I am very depressed.
