Hello there, I had a primary rhinoplasty a few years ago that got a lot of things right, but I felt my tip was still bulbous, and the nose ended up turned to one side making the overall nose and nostrils asymmetrical (as you can see fron the photo). I've sent photos to two rhinoplasty experts so far, but both of them turned me away (based reviewing my photos) saying my nose looks fine and that a revision is too risky for the potential upside. Am I unreasonable thinking this could be improved?

I can see you have a small indentation along your right bridge, and your right nostril margin may be a bit higher than your left. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving a straighter and more symmetrical nasal appearance without further surgery. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph
