History : nose was very pretty but had a 3cm polyp removed 15 years ago , so I could breath better. After the removal I had a nose job to correct a depression on my nose bridge which occurred due to the polyp removal ( 12 years ago). Ny nose now is shorter and it got so ugly . It looks collapsed . It’s not “ round “ anymore and I have these horrible creases . I know I will beed one more corrective surgery because my septum is deviated . My question is , only surgery can fix this ??
