My nose now looks super wide and flat front view, would you recommend a revision to build up the tip again ? Or will this not be possible as the surgeon has taken too much off?

Hi @ffshopeful. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Swelling can take up to two years to resolve after a revision rhinoplasty.
Best of luck,
Dr. Nima
We have had incredibly good success using microdroplet Silikon-1000 for small indentations after previous rhinoplasty. Procedures are performed with topical anesthetic, and there is no downtime. Hope this helps you! Dr Joseph
It's hard to tell from just one view, but it appears that your nostril asymmetry is the result of uneven nasal tip cartilages (higher dome on the right) and a small amount of right nostril retraction... this is most effectively and reliably addressed with a tip revision
good luck
