Can ultrasonic rhinoplasty fix my primary asian nose job?

Im asian & had a primary rhino years ago w/ ear cartilage & want a revision. I like the upturned nose aesthetic that surgeons who specialize in ultrasonic rhinoplasty achieve, but I noticed that the few asian cases any of them have done are often v different results aesthetically (less upturned, less straight) than their piezo work with Caucasian patients. But since I would be a revision & not needing augmentation, just refinement (more upturned & straight) could ultrasonic work for my case?

I can see you have a small indentation along your right bridge, and your right nostril margin may be a bit higher than your left. Microdroplet Silikon-1000 may be considered for achieving a straighter and more symmetrical nasal appearance without further surgery. Hope this helps. Dr Joseph

Hi @ffshopeful. I recommend seeing an expert revision rhinoplasty specialist for an in person examination. There are several options for you that can be determined after examination. Swelling can take up to two years to resolve after a revision rhinoplasty. Best of luck, Dr. Nima
