2 years post-op rhinoplasty - Too much bone and a dent causes my nose to go left. What can be done?

I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago to remove hump, including rotation. My profile is good. However straight view shows more bone removed and also a dent in the middle where bone and cartilage meet. This causes nose to drift to the left and uneven nostrils. can this be fixed? I want to look even on both sides, no dent in the middle, nostrils to be even. My lip lift is also uneven ( because of the nose issues?) My dr is very nice but I want to get a second opinion.
