I have puffy nipples. Is there any chance they will get bigger if I press them often? (Photo)

Puffy nipples sounds like gynecomastia.  Pressing on them probably has little to no long term effects.  At 19 it is possible that your gynecomastia will subside.  If it doesn't then surgery is the only good treatment option.

Puffy nipples can be reduced by removing extra breast tissue directly below the areola and nipple. It is often done under local anesthesia as an office procedure. Addtional breast tissue fullness outside of the nipple area is usally removed with liposuction. Exercise will not help this condition. Cost depends on experience of the surgeon, location of the surgery, surgical time, and type of anesthesia used.

What you are describing is normal when guys have puffy nipples. WHen it is cold or when you pinch the nipple area, the smooth muscle within the areola will contract, shrink, and tighten the areola. Usually removal of the breast tissue directly benathe the nipple will take care of the problem.

While it obviously bothers you, just know you are not alone and this affects a ton of guys your age.  Working out will not do anything for this.  This is glandular breast tissue that may shrink down after your done with puberty or may persist or may get worse.  Your best option is to have this excised through a small incision that is hidden in your areola.  It will make a big difference.  Good luck!

I am sorry that you are uncomfortable with your condition.  Often enlarged breast tissue can resolve naturally after puberty.  However it is possible that you have some enlarged glandular tissue behind your nipple/areolar complex which can be removed by a board-certified plastic surgeon.  This would flatten your puffy nipples.  If this is something you would consider, then you need to visit an experienced doctor in your area for an evaluation.  Best of luck!

I would think it highly unlikely that they will get better or worse just by pressing on them.when the time comes it's something that can be permanently corrected with surgery.it's the type of thing we would do with a small incision in the armpit so there would be nothing visible directly on the chest.
