since the age of 13 years i have had gynecomastia during the starting it was really big but now it has considerably decreased but not fully ! when ever i wear a t- shirt u can see a hump on my chest which is embrassing ! i'm 15 years should i wait and see if it decreases or should i opt for surgery ! n are there some medications ?

Thanks for your photo. Based on this, it looks like you may have mild gynecomastia. I would think you have some excess fat as well as gland that is contributing to the chest contour that you would like to improve.
