I Have had Gynecomastia since 13 years of age now i'm 15 years! What should I do?

You suffer from gynecomastia for the last two years,but it decrease in size. Ideally you can wait another year and see what happen.It it is a great psychological burden you should talk to your parents and pediatrician about it.You could ask your parents to see a board certified plastic surgeon especially if who specialized in gynecomastia surgery .Go trough his web site and see his work interest,and of course as many before and afters pictures he dysplays.

Given that the size of the breast “lesion” has decreased in size “considerably”, I would suggest that you contain to be patient and allow for out of ongoing “resolution” of the gynecomastia.   Pubertal gynecomastia may take one to three years to resolve. Personally, I would not suggest the use of medications although your primary care physician may have other suggestions for you. If, in the long run, you remain concerned about the appearance of your chest wall, seek consultation with board-certified plastic surgeons who will be able to advise you. Best wishes.
