Over one year post op - how can I fix my nose? (Photos)

I had a rhinoplasty in turkey, I asked for natural results, just wanted hump removed. When I woke from surgery, my nose was really short, I remember when i woke up in my room, dr was checking my head for temperature, but he was not available for post-surgery consultation. I His team told me nose looked short because of swelling. They told me it has not been made smaller. I had a stitch on my left nostril on curve at bottom, they told me this was normal. The stitched nostril was thin and pointing upwards, the other was round and flared, like normal. As time went by, my nose got lots of bumps. I slept flat on my back on first day after surgery because dr didn't not tell me to sleep elevated, this caused extreme swelling. A year later he confirmed he had deproected my nose. i had no smell, he told me it would come back it has not. He told me he could fix issues with revision. i told him i wanted my nose longer. he did not use graft. he told me my alar / nostril was uneven because my cheeks are uneven, but since revision my nose has collapse. i have been told my nose was over resected from one side. he stretched my nose from tip without graft but also made my nose bigger from top without consent. gp has told me i had inflemmed turbelents in my nse, esepcially nostril which was made thin,. i have thick skin and have wrinkles on top of top going across from eyebrow to eyebrow. i have open roof deformaity, my nose is wider. He chopped my nose tip off and made round. What should i d
