Can a more natural nose that looks in proportion with my face be achieved? (Photos)

Hello, I wondered if someone could offer some guidance on reconstructive revision rhinoplasty. I had a revision rhinoplasty completed with the aim of: removing residual dorsal hump, straightening the nose, refinement of tip and alars. The plan for osteotomies was to straighten the nasal bones and arrow them a tiny amount. After the swelling has gone down I noticed I have been left with a very thin nasal bridge- around 7mm slimmer than pre-op. This looks visually out of proportion with my face and also s causing me issues with finding glasses that fit. The tip was meant to be refined however, it is significantly smaller than pre-op. I anticipated an alar trim of 1-2mm as my alars were never big to begin with and the nasal flare was minimal. Unfortunately, 4mm was trimmed each side via the weir excision method leaving me with alars that look tiny with no natural curvature unless I smile. Also, my nostrils are now tiny (I can't even fit my pinky finger up them). The nostrils are uneven but that isn't a big priority, nor is any scarring. What concerns me most is having an overly narrow nose that looks like it does not belong on my face (I have a wide face). I have quite thin skin. Can anything else done to improve my situation? I am willing to accept scars if it means I can obtain a more natural/proportionate looking nose. The nose is really getting me down and it would be helpful to have some hope that it could be rectified to a certain degree. Thanks
