I had some hidrocystoma cysts removed from the outer corners of my eyes 5 weeks ago. Is the incision healing normally? (Photo)

The surgeon has removed the obvious but some were left and seems some have reappeared at the suture points. Cosmetically it looks no better which was the intent of the surgery. The incision site on my left eye is very obvious and doesn't seem to be healing well? Is this expected for 5 weeks after?
