That growth on your forehead might be a sebaceous cyst, but my first guess would be a lipoma. That is a common location for fatty growths to form and they are typically found quite deep. This is always considered a cosmetic procedure for removal, and you need to have a consultation with an expert in this kind of removal if the scar after matters to you. Please seek out a board certified, fellowship trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon with extensive expertise in cosmetic mole and facial growth removal.
