The short answer is yes.  Strip FUT can remove some of the redundant scalp skin and this good genetic hair can be transferred to the balding area.

 İt is not a good idea or correct  solution to get an FUT or FUE hair transplant for correction/reduction of CVG, because  those are not a skar or a deficient area of hair (bald  area). Actually  you  may have a scalp  recuction surgery  to  eliminate those skin excess.. You may have  HT for hairline and thinning hair on the frontal  site of scalp.
