I would like some suggestions on correcting a poor result from a lowered hairline, what are my options? (Photos)

It is rather difficult to fully appreciate the results of your procedure.  There are a variety of ways to repair a prior poorly performed hair transplant, including individual FUE graft removal, or total hairline excision, all procedures on which i have lectured.  I suggest you do your homework and now find a surgeon in whom you can have confidence.

The key is really researching hair grafters. You need an artist. It is worth traveling for the right individual. It should be possible to have micro grafting to correct this. The art part is the challenge. There are excellent hair grafters located through out the country. I do very much like the work of Dr. Gary Perrault as just one example.

There are a few options in handling the current situation- Conservative wait and see: In the 9th month of transplant, there would still be a chance of some growth over time. - Revision transplant aiming to increase the density of current new hairline- Laser hair removal to remove the transplanted hair over the new hairline- Scalp micropigmentation to create a camouflage in between the transplanted grafts to increase the density of new hairline
It’s never easy to suggest the best way just by looking at the photo alone. It would be best that you could visit any certified hair transplant doctor in your community to get a thorough consultation and check. Hope it helps, cheers.

You could get a revision with the goal of increasing the density with single units in the area, and then slightly rounding the hairline to achieve your aesthetic goals.  I would wait to the 12 to 18 month post procedure mark.

The problem is I see it is that the headline has been brought down too low and there is hardly density , my suggestion is to go ahead with another hair transplant which aims to increase the density and make sure that you implant single polygraph in the front most hair transplant surgeons will be easily able to handle.
