Im trying to fix my jawline, I dont know if its excess skin or fat, i want to tighten the jawline so it looks more snatched. The problem is i dont know if its also the platysma muscle thats in the way What would be the best procedure. I would not want to do a neck lift or fillers. Im also only 26, what procedure would be best to get the jawline more sharp?

The chin itself is not actually long, but it is the way the muscle wraps around your chin that creates that hanging appearance when you smile. A reduction in the chin would most likely make this worse. My recommendation would be for a small implant or a genioplasty to add length to the chin....
