Several years ago already I published a paper on the first 100 combination rhinoplasty and lip lift procedures I did. This showed that the two can be done well at the same time. So, if you are interested in both, I'd suggest doing simultaneously.

Many surgeons prefere to do these two procedures separately without specific order; reason is that the scar (in particular with open rhinoplasty) may interfere and change the outcome of the procedures. However, I have done in few occasions both procedures together and did not see any difference. This is best to address with your surgeon(s). Good luck.
