It is possible you would benefit from a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.

In patients with diminished dental show when smiling, lip lift may be acceptable options. This means removal of the portion of the orbicularis oris muscle bellow the nose and smaller portion of skin, 2-3 mm. Shorther muscle will allow more upper lift lip and dental show when smiling. In person evaluation with a board certified plastic surgeon with experience in this procedure is suggested. Good luck.
