I had a lip lift 15 years ago with deep sutures. During over exertive facial exercise, the deep sutures on the right tore. My nose instantly swelled and moved to left and blocked, columellar dropped. Would a needed revision rectify these problems? I had philtrum enhancing originally. My nasal base is loose and nares flare with smiling, talking now. Thanks
