I have a hypertrophic scar when after the first surgery the scar was thick but not raised. I had my first lip lift done in Sep 2021 and my last lip lift done Oct 2002. The first scar healed white and my scar now is still red. Ive recently had two rounds of PDL laser done and have not noticed any improvement. I have 2 keloids on my left ear from piercings gone wrong so I'm not sure if my body responds to these wounds by overproducing something in mybody? I have other scars that healed well

I wrote the paper showing that lip lifts and rhinoplasty can be done at the same time and have done these together for years. However, if you want this doctor to do the revision, then just wait 6 months and that should be fine as long as the doctor is experienced with lip lifts as well.
It appears your philtrum is long enough for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners.
