Am I a candidate for a lip lift or do I have too much tooth show? How many mm can be taken off? (Photos)

Teeth showing when I talk. I am 20 years old with a 1.8-2mm philtrum which ruins my face and is my biggest insecurity. Basically when my mouth is open I have little teeth show but when I smile and talk I have lots of teeth show. Would this affect my candidacy? I'd like to have at least 6-8mm removed.
