Would you suggest microneedling or HIFU? Does HIFU work?

Ive noticed High-intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) is becoming quite popular. My partner did it and it made her skin quite dull. Any advice if its worth the hype? Would you suggest microneedling or HIFU?

Though your concern is valid, you are very young and the wrinkles are not bad at all! Simple fixes would be microneedling and maybe a very small dose of Botox. As you age, laser treatments will likely be the next choice and eventually a lower eye lift (blepharoplasty). Hope that helps!
