So this has been bothering me for quite a while. My jawline has something that looks like jowls but I'm too young. When I lift this fat, my jawline is a lot sharper. I really want to get rid of this, it bothers me so much and makes me look sad and tired. I do need braces and jaw surgery (I have class II jaw) but even with the surgery I will still have this fat there. What can be done about this? I prefer something more drastic than Morpheus 8 or lasers.

Based on your photos, It looks like you would be a great candidate for a buccal fat removal as well as a liposuction of the lower face.

For best results and to achieve your goals, I would recommend a combination of liposuction to the jawline with Renuvion. For added balance and a more sculpted face, you could add a chin implant.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

My advice is to finish with surgeries first, If you do something drastic before those needed surgeries, it may affect your appearance in a way that you will not like. You can always do surgery later.Your Non surgical options would be Ultherapy , Kybella, Cheek filler, Chin filler, Jaw line filler, Nova Threads.- They will give you nice lift and contour to help you feel less self couscous. Remember, it's not the procedures, but who does them. You are paying for the skill and expertise.
