When I smile my left under eye is very prominent with wrinkles! Help! It bothers me so much!

Though your concern is valid, you are very young and the wrinkles are not bad at all! Simple fixes would be microneedling and maybe a very small dose of Botox. As you age, laser treatments will likely be the next choice and eventually a lower eye lift (blepharoplasty). Hope that helps!

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

At least from the photos, there appears to be a prominent pretarsal roll, or in lay terms "jelly rolls,"  which represent hypertrophy of the under-eye muscle. One or two microdroplets of Botox injected directly into the belly of these muscles have been used for many years to diminish their prominence. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist injector. Best of luck and enjoy the rest of the Labor Day holiday.

Thank you for the photos. You have beautiful eyes that stay open when you smile and those lines are normal. You should focus on preventing them on getting worse.1. Vit C serum ( skinceuticals)2. SPF close to under eye area and even on top of the eye lid. They have those available ( skinceuticals eye sunscreen) 3. Retinol 4. Hydration- drink plenty of water5. really good moisturizer6. Skin tightening like RF- TempSure envi Eye is amazing 7. maybe a little botox expertly placed under the eye to eliminate a "jelly roll" to try as it will prevent the curl of the muscle under the eye when you are smiling.
