Answer: Best Results for Varying Skin Laxity For moderate to severe laxity, nothing is going to tighten better than a true thigh lift. But for mild to moderate there are several options. Deep into the thigh there are two good skin tighteners: the bodyTite from Inmode and the renuvion from Apyx medical. These are uniquely good for certain scenarios. Superficially, the best way to tighten the skin is the use of strong microneedling RF devices, such as the Morpheus8 or SylfirmX. An additional option if there is some laxity from weight loss and/or cobblestoning of the skin is to put dilute Radiesse throughout the thigh for a nice layer of thick collagen. More than anything, I recommend going to an experienced practitioner who uses all of these modalities and has success that they can show you on before and after photos that don’t trick you with good lighting in the Afters.

Answer: Tighten thighs There are a few options available to tighten thighs. Surgically a thigh lift will remove excess fat and skin. The downside is there will be a scar. Nonsurgically you can consider BodyTite. This minimally invasive procedure uses RF technology to tighten skin by stimulating production of collagen and elastin. Results can be enhanced by adding Morpheus8 treatments. See a board certified plastic surgeon, or my website to learn more.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten up skin for a more defined look Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon

Answer: Tightening thighs? Englewood Cliffs NJ In my opinion, tightening of the thighs is best performed using a combination of Profound for the deeper dermal aspect and Protege for the superficial fine lines. The results are usually dramatic, and the amount of pain for the treatment is less than comparative modalities.Usually, one Profound treatment is needed and 2 Protege treatments.. With darker skin types, we like to pre and post treat with bleaching creams. Find a skin tightening expert. Jeff Rapaport MD FAAD Realself Hall of Fame
