Could I have a conservative lip lift? Wouldn't mind if gummy smile increased somewhat (Photos)

A lip lift is a great choice for you I think. Your upper lip doesn't show any upper teeth at rest which is where a lip lift can really shine.
The gummy smile is likely to not worsen or get better.
This is an office procedure where you would come and go in 30 minutes.

A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. You would benefit from a lip lift.

Hi cheerful! You could absolutely handle and look beautiful with an upper lip lift! The gummy smile is more related to the activity of one of the muscles of your lips, so that wouldn't necessarily be affected significantly much one way or the other by the lip lift anyway, but I do think it will help with the height of your white lip and red lip. I think you would have a great result! The only caution I would have is to see if you can remove your septal piercing because this will be right in the area of the incision and depending on who you go to, may be a risk if they are using cautery and/or infection risk. Quite commonly these days, experienced injectors combine the use of microdroplets of Botox just above the vermilion border with the use of an malleable, cohessive, low viscosity HA filler along the vermilion in order to define and provide additional lift. Neither of these two quick and simple procedures should in any way affect the gummy smile that you like. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps.
