Hi! I really want a concervative lip lift. I've had fillers before but they don't give me the results I'm looking for. My philtrum is about 15mm, and I do have a gummy smile, but only when I laugh. I don't mind it at all. I've never wanted to reduce my gummy smile nor would I mind if it would increase somewhat after a lip lift. With this in mind, and realistic expectations, could i have the procedure done? I'm 40 years old, I don't smoke and I'm healthy.

Answer: Lip Lift Considerations Hello, hope you are well. Thank you for submitting your question and photos. You would be a suitable candidate for a conservative lip lift. It would not be expected to have any significant impact on your gummy smile. You could also consider simultaneous augmentation of the upper lip. Best,Dr. Tower

Answer: Microdroplets+Vermilion Filler For A Nonsurgical Lip Lift. Quite commonly these days, experienced injectors combine the use of microdroplets of Botox just above the vermilion border with the use of an malleable, cohessive, low viscosity HA filler along the vermilion in order to define and provide additional lift. Neither of these two quick and simple procedures should in any way affect the gummy smile that you like. You would be wise to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist. Hope this helps.
