I have had a small lower jaw, a beak nose, lips that doesn't close, mouth breathing, and chipmunk cheeks most of my life. I had a septum correction years back and my nose has reverted to constrict airway during sleep and allergy season. Since I may have to have surgery again, I wanted to see what else I can do to correct my general apprearance within reason. Not going for a super surgical look but I don't feel very natural in my skin right now. Any advice is much appreciated.
