Hi, I'm just wondering what kind of surgery would I need to have to achieve a sharper jawline similar to the girl in the other image. I just feel as if my chin is too big for my face, it makes my face look too long but I'm not sure which is the correct surgery for what I want. Thanks.

About your nose:You don't have a hump. Considering your strong chin, the tip of your nose doesn't project forward from your face too far. You didn't post whether you are considering a rhinoplasty, but I would only consider it if you wanted a distinct shortening of your nose: elevating the tip....
