on these photographs you appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift.
I would suggest that you will not get the position shape and symmetry
that you would like with a limited lift.

Unfortunately, breasts are subject to gravity, so the heavier they become - the faster they will sag. Breast implants alone will not give you a good result. You need a lift with areolar reduction.
