How to fix my saggy boobs? (Photo)

Question

I have really saggy breast. I haven't had kids and I have always worn bra so not sure why my breast are this way but they are. I would just like a breast augmentation but I've been told that wouldn't help. I also have big areoles and small nipples. I'm a size 26 c would like to be 36dd or 36ddd. I really don't want to get anchor lift because I do have semi keloid skin(as shown in last picture with piercing) what are all my possible options? Also I MIGHT have kids in the future(5+years).

on these photographs you appear to be an excellent candidate for a breast lift.
 I would suggest that you will not get the position shape and symmetry
that you would like with a limited lift. 
A full anchor lift would be appropriate.

Hi,Thank you for your question and helpful photos.I strongly suggest you keep your current size and opt out of the augmentation if you want a long term lift. Unfortunately, breasts are subject to gravity, so the heavier they become - the faster they will sag. Breast implants alone will not give you a good result. You need a lift with areolar reduction. The Horndeski Method was developed for young women like you in mind. The Horndeski Method does not require breast implants to achieve upper pole fullness. It has also eliminated the ugly vertical incision. Incisions are hidden around the areola and in the infra-mammary crease. Because the nerves to the nipple and ducts women preserve the ability to breast feed and nipple sensitivity. Implants alone will not solve your problem. You will also need a lift to improve the shape of your breasts. My advice to you is to wait until after you have had children as your breasts will change after pregnancy and may ruin any surgery done before.

You need a breast lift to elevate, reshape and even out your breasts. If you would like more volume then you could have implants placed at the same time. Seek out local plastic surgeons who do augmentation/lift work and who you like their before and after photos. Good luck.

photograph, you are a great candidate for a breast lift.  Many patients tell me that they are afraid of the scars from this surgery, however, the scarring can be minimal in most patients. The most important aspect is to find
a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could

Thank you for the photos and questions. The photos show the large areolas and breast sagging. These problems can be improved with a breast lift. Breast augmentation alone will not address these problems and would not produce a nice result. The trade off is the risk for heavy scars. You will need very aggressive scar management after surgery and even then the scars could be heavy. If you have children after breast surgery there is a risk you will need to revise or redo the breast surgery. Your possible options are (1) no surgery (2) breast lift surgery with or without implants in the near future (3) breast lift surgery with or without implants after children. Thank you for your question and for posting appropriate pictures. You seem to be a good candidate for a breast lift with implants. The Mastopexy or lift will help you achieve the aesthetic you want and with a combination of the the implant, you'll achieve the fullness as well. I recommend undergoing Vectra 3D Imaging to get an idea of the post procedural results. You will need to have a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for precise recommendations.

It is now a choice between keloids and uplifted breasts. You will only benefit from a breast lift done via anchor incisions.  You are likely to form keloids from it. There is no treatment for keloids.In my opinion acceptance of your present sag is better option for you. your call !
