Question

The upper part of my chest area looks flat so they hang pretty low. The nipple doesn't point all the way down when looking in the mirror,bottom part of my boob is still slightly visible (frontal view). What really bothers me is the 4 finger wide gap between my boobs,it doesn't allow me to have nice cleavage even in a bra. Since my breasts are full and I'm not looking to enlarge them,would an Uplift be enough to bring them closer together and give me volume in my upper chest area or Implant needed?

description, a breast lift may be able to accomplish what you are looking for. The most important aspect is to find
a surgeon you are comfortable with. With good surgical technique, you could
have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a

On category of qualified patients for breast lift includes those who have had weight loss, again, through either diet
or surgical procedure. And a lot of women, when they lose weight, their breasts
will lose weight, and they, again, may have some sagging of their breasts.A mastopexy or breast lift
operation is designed to improve the shape and position of the breast without
reducing their size. It is used for breasts which sag or droop (ptosis). Some patients will have a
better shape to their breast such as increased superior fullness if an implant
is used at the time of mastopexy. The procedure can also be combined with a
minor breast reduction to reduce the breast width if desired. The surgery will
create an elevated, more youthful breast contour. Also, the procedure will
create nipple and areolae of the desired size and at the correct height.Without pictures here, the best option is to look around for local surgeons and schedule consultations regarding the best procedures that will meet your desired final results. Best of luck to you!

I believe that the only thing that will significantly improve cleavage is an implant, unless you have very large breast and a reduction/lift is performed.  I would recommend an
in-office examination as well as a detailed discussion with a board certified
Plastic Surgeon.

It would be helpful if you can attach pictures to your question. A breast lift is a great option for you since you are not looking to enlarge your breasts, but a breast lift can not give you a full round upper pole of the breast, and if that's the look that you're going for then you may need implants. A breast lift will enhance cleavage to a certain degree , but it is possible that if you have a very wide breast bone then you may require additional fat grafting for a more pronounced cleavage. Depending upon your anatomy, it may or may not be possible to enhance your cleavage. This usually requires implants with a breast lift. In some cases, extra cleavage can be enhanced with fat grafting.A lift alone will not restore upper fullness. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to discuss your options and expectations.
