My chin points up and I'm not sure why. Everytime i smile or laugh it point up and I'm trying to figure out how to fix that. I want my chin to point downwards so whenever i smile it wont look fat, long, & weird.

Answer: Easy fix The movement of your chin when you smile is due to muscles on the chin. These muscles can be dissuaded from doing this by injecting them with botulinum (e.g. botox or xeomin). Takes minutes and works well.

Answer: Mentalis This looks like it could be a hyperactive mentalis muscle that you can try botox for to help control it. If this isn't enough, you could also think about getting a small lipo procedure of any mental fat if you have some, although usually that would be present at rest as well.
