Chin Implant Sizing/Removal. Wondering what would be considered a large silicone chin implant? I have a large EAC (6mm anterior projection), but have also seen size small MPJC or Flowers implants also have 6 mms of projection. Have any doctors here removed chin implants of that projection and how often do they see complications? In specifically young patients.

It doesn’t sound like there’s anything wrong with your chin implant. It would be of some relevance, knowing what material the implant is made out of. The crunchy sensation or sound may represent a fracture in the implant, if it is made out of a porous material such as medpor implants.
