I thought a lower face lift would solve the problem, but so far everyone has told me no. Maybe it would be better to go for genioplasty or a chin implant, and then my excess skin in the lower part would "stretch" over the larger area of ​​the chin, thus creating a more pronounced jawline? My dream is to reach the letter V face. In addition, it could reduce the disproportion of my nose, which protrudes a little too much from the profile for me.

You may be a good candidate for an elastic lift (it is not threads) but a thorough physical exam would be needed.

I recommend a filler to lengthen the chin (from top to bottom) in order to achieve more of a V shape from the front (such as Juvéderm Volux or Restylane Lyft). A profile photo with neutral facial expression would help to determine your chin proportion. However, with the profile photo given, the chin appears to have adequate projection. If you get a chin implant, it could give excess projection. When a chin has excess projection, it can look like a "witch's chin" and give a concave shape (like Jay Leno).
Given your elastin rich skin with excellent quality, I strongly recommend against any facelifting procedure. If a facelift is done in this situation, then the strong skin pulls against the incision and creates a wide scar.
