Chin implant instead of facelift for excess skin in the lower part? (Photos)

I thought a lower face lift would solve the problem, but so far everyone has told me no. Maybe it would be better to go for genioplasty or a chin implant, and then my excess skin in the lower part would "stretch" over the larger area of the chin, thus creating a more pronounced jawline? My dream is to reach the letter V face. In addition, it could reduce the disproportion of my nose, which protrudes a little too much from the profile for me.

It doesn’t sound like there’s anything wrong with your chin implant. It would be of some relevance, knowing what material the implant is made out of. The crunchy sensation or sound may represent a fracture in the implant, if it is made out of a porous material such as medpor implants.

Your photograph is very limited. However, you would certainly benefit from a chin implant. In terms of a rhinoplasty, I would need additional photographs to give you a more accurate answer.
