Hi. This all started when I gained weight I was.never born like this. am on a weight loss programme and am hoping it will disappear. I don't know if its armpit fat or its enlarged breast tail it feels hard and painful sometimes. Is there something I can do to get rid of it without liposuction....please help. Thanks. M.

This is not unusual. It represents both fat and the tail of the breast tissue Without surgical intervention , you will not be able to get rid of it. I will usually perform lipo and can get it cleared up. Sometimes the old is so prominent and here is so much excess sin that direct excision is required. God luck

Please see a plastic surgeon for a consultation.Tissue excess at the anterior axilla can be due to fat and breast tissue.  Skin excess can be problematic in some cases too.  Surgical treatment with liposuction and possible direct excision is usually required.Best wishes.
