I'm 22 , and was overweight for most of childhood. Lost weight when I got to college (highest weight in high school 170 for a brief period - now 145), but my body composition always been bad. I've had same problem areas since I started gaining fat in jr high. Currently trying to build muscle & lower body fat percentage. (Now 24% bf, goal 135 lbs. and 21% bf) I'm wondering if diet & exercise will help? Particularly my hanging fat on my stomach, and fat rolls on my arms.
