Answer: Tummy tuck with mesh No, liposuction will not solve your problem. Your problem is you have a weak abdominal wall. There are a couple of components to the abdominal wall. The skin is one to provide strength and the muscle is the other. Physical fitness will increase your abdominal tone. However, most likely, your fascia which is the support layer has been damaged, due to pregnancies or weight gain. If you are not planning future pregnancies, I recommend abdominoplasty with mesh reinforcement.
