I need advice on Lipo 360 for petite women. 24F: I’m wondering if it’s possible that I can do Lipo 360 being around 4”8 110 lbs (24.7 BMI). Ideally, I want to transfer the maximum amount of my fat from different areas on me to my hips and glutes. I’m also wondering if I can transfer the parts of my loose skin from my neck as a part of the fat transfer?

Dear msjxo,
based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

While this procedure is technically possible, based on your stated measurements and pictures there may be less fat to transfer than you might think. The contour of the areas of liposuction will be improved, however with little fat to transfer, the hips and buttocks may not be as enhanced as you may desire.

Therefore, after Liposuction process, applying for extra skin firming treatment; this is not necessary. When I look over your photos; abdomen, waist, back, inner leg, front leg; it looks like; you have fat deposits. In fact, there is also Double Chin. Removing fat from all these areas with Vaserlipo; for total body shaping; by transferring it to the hip; you are a very good candidate.

Lipo 360 can be performed with fat transfer.  However, skin cannot be transferred at the same time.

As I tell everyone on 5ocial m3dia, height, weight, or BMI are irrelevant for determining candidacy for lipo and fat transfer. It's all about fat stores. Loose skin around your neck would not provide fat, but that doesn't matter. You have enough around your torso to harvest and graft into the buttocks.  In reality, your neck doesn't have loose skin, but it appears your belly does. Don't let a less than honest doctor convince you that skin tightening will help. If you need skin removed, a tummy tuck, don't expect a good result from liposuction on your belly with liposuction alone, or with any of the 'skin tightening' devices that are out there.

At 24, you do not have lose neck skin and no this cannot be transferred as fat. You can have liposuction to your flanks and abdomen and get good results.

Hello, thank you for the photo. You are a good candidate for 360 lipo. The extracted fat can be applied to the areas you want. However, we do not recommend a lot of fat transfer for the neck, mostly liposuction is performed in that area. Device treatments or Mesotherapy can be performed for looseness in the neck area.

From the submitted photos it appears you are a good candidate for liposuction to help sculpt your curves.  I encourage you to speak with a board certified plastic surgeon regarding your goals for fat transfer to determine if you would be satisfied with the results.  Excess neck skin would not be part of the transfer.  I've included a video I hope you find helpful.
