And is any kind of laser or chemical peeling or skin tightening method can fix this? Im 24 years old, and i think this problem start growing on 2019. But it's like that this problem is become more prominent now. Idk is this malar mound, malar edema, or festoon? And how do i get rid of them without surgical method?

This is not a festoon but in 25 years it may become a festoon. This is a visible mid cheek groove. Please be careful what you let people do to it. The wrong services of bad surgery will turn this into a festoon or malar edema. A small amount of hyaluronic acid filler in the groove can be helpful or harmful depending on the experience of the injector and the choice of filler. Restylane is the best product but its placement is fussy. Don’t get runny fillers. Less is more. Don’t get grafted fat. Less is more.

The area that concerns you is likely genetic in nature and unfortunately, hard to treat.  Some patients find improvement with lasers.  You may also try Morpheus8 treatments which combine RF technology with microneedling to improve overall skin tone and texture.  Wearing sunscreen daily is important as sun exposure can worsen the look.

There is no easy way to diagnose the difference between the conditions you’ve included in. Most likely the underlying baseline issue has to do with the shape of your facial and skeletal structure. Just like it’s difficult to pinpoint a specific diagnosis there also no easy treatments. Fillers may or may not be effective, but can be expensive in the long run.
