Hello. you need both volume replacement and color improvement to achieve your goals. We have found that Restylane can help with both (see link below). When we place Restylane under the eyes, it helps get rid of shadowing by changing the contour. In addition, because the gel is clear it can help to lighten the area slightly when placed under the muscle. We believe this is your best option.
Blepharoplasty will treat a dark circle caused by a physical hollow which can be exaggerated by a shadow cast by a protruding fat bag above it. A blepharoplasty will not directly treat a dark circle caused by dark pigment or fine purple vascularity. I suggest a consultation, preferably a “in person” one to better assess and customize a plan. Best of luck !
The correct treatment for dark circles depends on the cause. Many patients have dark circles which are actually shadows. These patients find improvement when the contour of the under eye is improved with filler. This will not however completely correct the look if the underlying issue is dark pigmentation of the skin under the eye. I encourage you to visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you to learn more.

From the picture I see, I've noticed that the left side of your face has a lower brow position. For this reason, I believe that a Brow Lift performed with the intention of correction your asymmetry will be the best procedure going forward
Thank you for your question, you have an eyelid ptosis and this can be corrected by ptosis repairing surgery.
I encourage you to return to your surgeon for an evaluation. If the lump appeared shortly after your filler treatment then it certainly could be from that. If the lump is from filler it can be dissolved by injecting hyaluronidase. If it is not filler you can discuss other options with your...
Good morning.Based on the photos, you do have prominence over the upper and outer aspect of your upper eyelid, which can be due to a combination of fat and bone. your outer corner of your eyes could also be elevated with a canthopexy to improve the eye shape. There is also a tear trough...
A good option is fillers . PRP and skin boosters do not provide volume. Fillers will need repeating and therefore another option is fat transfer. Best to get an opinion from a Plastic Surgeon who can discuss the pros and cons of these procedures with you.
