This has been something that’s bothered me from a young age. I was wondering if there’s anything I can do for my eye asymmetry.

From the picture I see, I've noticed that the left side of your face has a lower brow position. For this reason, I believe that a Brow Lift performed with the intention of correction your asymmetry will be the best procedure going forward

Asymmetry in the face is a normal feature and arises from a slight difference in the bone structure, strength of  the muscles of facial expression etc. In your case the differences are within a normal range and I would not suggest any interventions

We all have facial asymmetry to some degree but fortunately we have a few tools to address it.  Botox and fillers are often used to improved asymmetry.  For those wanting a more permanent solution, surgery is an option to bring the face into better balance.
