Do I need a lower blepharoplasty for my under eye area? (Photo)

Hi :-) I am 29 years old and I feel uncomfortable with my under eye area. Not sure if this requires a lower blepharoplasty? I have tried a fat transfer to the area once. Thanks!

It would be very difficult to make a conclusion based on these photos but it appears that you may have droopy eyelid (ptosis) on one side. This can be properly evaluated and discussed only on the basis of in person consultation with a board certified plastic or oculoplastic surgeon. Good luck

Unfortunately, surgery will not correct the expression lines because the muscle will always be present contracting when you smile and squint. Botox injection works well to lessen these lines and is an easy in office procedure. Be sure to see an expert injector for consultation.

This is partially due to the tear trough. You could fix it with a lower bleph and/or volumization (fat grafting vs. filler).

It depends on what kind of filler product was used. It's possible they used a hardier filler, in which case you absolutely could feel the lumps, vs a softer one, in which case it would be unusual that you developed these lumps. Without knowing for sure, it's too hard to say why this happened to...
