Liposuction to abdomen. Will it be lumpy if I gain weight? (photo)

Polite391862
I’m a 33 year old female that’s 5’9” and 146 lbs. I have a 34 inch inseam, so I’m all legs & NO WAIST. As a result, I’m apple shape, where the trunk of my body is the only place that holds fat. I have done everything I can to loose belly fat - like working with a trainer and weighing my food FOR YEARS (I eventually gave up because even multiple trainers were stumped). I want liposuction, but am worried that if my abdomen is the only place I gain fat, it will be lumpy in a few years.
