Go to a true expert in body contouring who can provide a smooth and lean result for your abdomen. External devices will not ever do that and those that promote it are not to be trusted.

You need to be examined in person to see how thick your fat is as your photographs do not show much and you cannot tell the depth of the fat. You may benefit from liposuction or a mini tummy tuck or a combination of the two.

You have a nice tummy with some localized fat. It seems like the non-surgical approach is not working and losing weight might not be an option for you. This makes the answer pretty obvious. Lipo is actually your best option moving forward.

As a practicing surgeon there is no doubt that I prefer to correct mild lipodystrophy like yours by means of liposuction. In the hands of an experienced board certified plastic surgeon you should have much better result than with non invasive procedures. Hope this helps.

The other procedures did not remove any fat, nor can they. Liposuction can actually remove excess fat and would work nicely for you. You could also get some muscle tightening with nonsurgical EMSculpt.
