You most likely still have swelling, which can be uneven, after your procedure which can last 3-6 months. I recommend adding prp to help improve final results. Prednisone, icing the area, venus legacy and over-the-counter ibuprofen can help improve swelling.  you can inject steroids if still swollen after 6-12 weeks. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer.

How much was injected and the absorption rate would factor into this.   You can liposuction the lips after about 3 months. Some patients heal more slowly and you may still be experiencing some swelling.   It is hard to tell by the photo if one side has absorbed more or more quickly than the other.  You should follow up with the provider that did the transfer.

Thank you for your picture and questions. While I see the concern, I also think it is probably too early to consider any type of intervention. Some of this may be due to swelling, some may be due to differential absorption of fat graft, or a host of other factors. I would advise waiting until at least three months before considering intervention. If at that point, the asymmetry is still significant, removal of excess fat with micro-liposuction would be effective or repeat grafting to the lesser side if you like that look better.Hope this helps!
