Marionette Line Fat? What can I do to make my lower half appear more youthful? (photos)

Thank you for your question. A quick, short-term fix to diminish the appearance of the "line" or "depression" around the marionette lines you are concerned with might be to consider injection of a temporary filler, such as Juvederm into the shadowed area.  

Its hard to tell exactly what to do; however, based on your pictures, I see that you have some lower face/cheek fullness and marionette lines that are bothering you. Since you are in the early stages of facial aging, you have multiple options. 1- ultherapy to the lower face will tighten and lift the skin along the area2- if you have excess cheek fat, cheek fat removal may be an option to contour and narrow your lower face3- fillers placed into the marionette lines will improve the appearance of them and may be a good place to start. 

You have a few options for the chin and marionette lines. I find that VASER liposuction in combination with ThermiRF are best for contouring the chin in those who are candidates but Kybella can be used as an alternative with or without thermage/ultherapy/exilis.  PDO nova threads can further improve the jawline, while a chin implant would give more definition. Based on your photos, it looks like you have some marionette lines that are bothering you and the start of very mild jowls of your lower face. Fillers would be a good option for your marionette lines. Additionally, you can look into a skin tightening procedure such as Ultherapy or Thermage which uses either Ultrasound (Ultherapy) or radio frequency (Thermage) to stimulate collagen remodeling to tighten and lift the skin, this would help to contour your jawline. I would recommend making a consult to go over all your options to see which is the best fit for you.
