I plan on losing 40 pounds soon so I'm not sure if this has something to do with it. I also plan on getting chin lipo in the future and read it's possible to suck out fat from that area at the same time? Either way, what can I do to make my lower half appear more youthful like my early 20s and get rid of the bulge/shadow?
