Since you are already on antibiotics and still feeling so poorly, you should definitely follow-up with your board-certified plastic surgeon's office again immediately, as calf pain can also be a symptom of another unusual and (probably unlikely) condition known as a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) - which is a true medical emergency.
